Terms & Conditions — Number Locator: Cell Location

These terms apply to the Number Locator: Cell Location app created by Mariusz Zalewski ("Service Provider") as a free service.
Acceptance
By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative versions of the app is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
Service Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the app or introduce charges at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged as it may compromise security and cause the app to malfunction.
Third Party Services
The app uses: Google Analytics for Firebase, OneSignal, and RevenueCat — each with their own Terms and Conditions.
Internet & Charges
Some features require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of connectivity. Mobile data and roaming charges are your responsibility.
Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or direct losses from relying on the app. Data provided by third parties may affect accuracy.
Termination
The Service Provider may discontinue the app at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
